What do you offer as part of a FREE plan?
Bindwise offers all the functionality limited to a monthly tracking duration. Monitoring runs 7 days/mo. Unfortunately you can't choose these 7 days. After a 14-day free trial, you'll have no service for 23 continuous days, then tracking will be enabled for 7 continuous days. And so on.
How does the free trial work?
During the 14-day free trial you'll have unlimited access to all of Bindwise’s features. At the end of your trial, you will be auto enrolled onto the active plan. If you would like to discontinue, please cancel your account prior to the end of your trial or downgrade to the FREE plan.
How long are your contracts?
All Bindwise plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan.
What if I decide to cancel? Can I get a refund?
You can cancel your account at any time. You will have access to the account until the end of your billing period. Refunds will not be issued during this time.
